Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules and guidelines for using the SynergyHub platform and related services (the "Service") provided by FRAIA ApS ("FRAIA", "we", "us"). This policy is designed to protect our Service, our users, and the public from illegal, harmful, or otherwise inappropriate activity. This AUP is part of our Terms of Service.

1. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Service to generate, store, or transmit any content or engage in any activity that:

• Is Illegal or Fraudulent: Violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation. This includes, but is not limited to, activities related to fraud, theft, and illegal transactions.
• Is Harmful or Abusive: Generates content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable. This includes hate speech, harassment, threats of violence, or content that encourages self-harm.
• Infringes on the Rights of Others: Violates the intellectual property rights (e.g., copyright, trademark) or privacy rights of any third party. You must have the right to use any data you provide as Input to the Service.
• Spreads Misinformation: Creates or distributes content that is deceptive, false, or misleading with the intent to harm others or spread disinformation.
• Involves Spam: Generates or facilitates the distribution of unsolicited bulk email or other forms of spam.
• Is Malicious or Disruptive: Transmits any virus, malware, or other computer code that is designed to disrupt, damage, or limit the functioning of any computer software or hardware. This also includes any attempt to gain unauthorized access to our Service, user accounts, or computer systems.
• Involves Reverse Engineering: Attempts to reverse-engineer, decompile, or discover the source code or underlying components of our models, algorithms, and systems.

2. High-Risk Use Cases

Our Service is designed as an assistive tool to augment human capabilities, not to replace them in high-stakes situations. You may not use the Service for any activities where a failure of the Service could lead to death, personal injury, or severe environmental damage. Prohibited high-risk uses include, but are not limited to:

• Operating critical infrastructure (e.g., power plants, air traffic control).
• Providing unaided medical diagnoses or treatment plans.
• Developing or operating autonomous weapons systems.
• Making final, unaudited decisions in legal, financial, or other regulated professional services.

3. Your Responsibilities

As a user of the Service, you are solely responsible for:

• The legality and appropriateness of your Input.
• Reviewing and validating all Output generated by the Service. You acknowledge that AI-generated content can contain errors and must not be relied upon without independent, human verification.
• Ensuring your use of the Service complies with this AUP and our Terms of Service.

4. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate any violation of this AUP. We may, at our sole discretion, take action to address violations, including but not limited to:

• Issuing a warning.
• Suspending or terminating your access to the Service.
• Removing content that violates this policy.
• Cooperating with law enforcement authorities if we believe illegal activity has occurred.

5. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to us immediately at abuse@fraia.ai. We will review all reports and take appropriate action.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this AUP from time to time. We will post the most current version on our website. By continuing to use the Service after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised AUP.
